Registration should be made paying the registration fee by bank transfer, and sending the transfer receipt and the Registration Form (PDF), filled in and signed, by fax to the number: +39 06 72597953.

The registration is fulfilled when the registrant receives a confirmation E-Mail from the conference secretariat.

After December 1^st, 2007, only on site registration with cash payment will be accepted.

• Registration Fee

Registration fee includes: attendance at the conference, proceedings, conference material, lunches and coffee breaks, social lunch.

 

• Cancellation and refund policy

Registration Fee and Social Event rates will be completely refunded, if the cancellation is done before November 16^th, 2007.

If the cancellation is done after  November 17^th and before December 15^th, there will be a 50% refund of  the Registration Fee and Social Event rates.

After December 15^th no refund will be given for cancellations.

Refunds will be done by bank transfer, so if necessary, please provide your bank reference to the conference secretariat.
